MOHAMED AKWAL BIN SULTAN MOHAMAD
Mohamed Akwal, aged 68 has wide experience in corporate banking and debt recovery with an extensive experience in SME lending, debt management and personal financial literacy, providing advisory services to corporates, SMEs and individuals. Akwal graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and has a Diploma in Food Technology from UITM.
Akwal was the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK), a company owned by the Central Bank of Malaysia. Akwal started his career with Citibank and has over thirty (30) years of experience in the financial sector with significant experience in debt resolution, having served the National Debt Management Agency (Danaharta, set up by the Government during the 1997 financial crisis) as its Deputy General Manager.
Akwal was seconded to the Development Finance and Enterprise Department of the Central Bank in 2003. He assisted in setting up the SME Special Unit and was instrumental in the establishment of Small Debt Resolution Scheme.
Akwal sits on the Main Board of two Public Listed Companies. He is the Chairman (Non Executive) of Eastland Equity Berhad and also chairs the Remuneration Committee. He is a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and Nomination Committee.
Akwal is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Harn Len Corporation Berhad. Here, he is also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, he sits as a member on the Audit Committee. With his vast experience from the financial industry, Akwal joined Angkatan Jati Diri Sdn Bhd in 2022 as Executive Director and Shareholder.

PREMJIT SINGH DULKU
Premjit Singh, aged 44 graduated from University of Malaya, with a Bachelor in Information Technology (Hons) in 2002 and obtained his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in 2014 from National University of Malaysia.
His 20 years’ experience spans across IT Operations Management and Stabilisation, IT Strategy, Service Management, Technology Refresh, Data Center Management, Business Process Improvement, Stakeholder and Customer Management.
Premjit’s operations management and leadership experience comes from various multinational companies including Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Hewlett Packard (HP) and Averis Shared Services (Averis). His experience expands across leading large delivery teams supporting multiple customers globally that include in the technology, transportation and shipping, manufacturing, banking, music and dairy industry.
He has led company merging exercises between EDS and HP involving large teams of the Global Wintel Delivery in Cyberjaya ensuring smooth IT Operations delivery to 70+ global customers located across US, EMEA, ANZ and Malaysia. Apart from key talent retention, focus was on harmonising systems and processes.
At Averis, Premjit’s experience spanned across leading the transitioning of Global IT Operations delivery services from an outsourced to an Internal IT delivery and capability model ensuring adherence to Global Best in Class standards. He led Global IT Managers and the responsibility of the effective delivery of Global and Local IT Infrastructure services including Servers, Network, Storage, Virtualisation, Data Center, Video Conferencing services and Helpdesk Operations. His experience includes leading Quality Control of multiple Global Transformation Projects.
With vast experience from IT Services and Technology enablement, company merger and service transitioning activities, Premjit joined Angkatan Jati Diri Sdn Bhd as Executive Director and Shareholder in 2022.

MOHAMAD KHAIR BIN MOHD ‘ARIF KAMAL
Mohamad Khair Bin Mohd ‘Arif Kamal, an agile and result-oriented person, graduated from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, with a Bachelor in Entrepreneurship & Business (Commerce) (Hons) in 2016. His experience spans across sales and marketing with integrated business strategies, leveraging on latest digital technologies. He has a solid experience in stakeholder and customer management.
Mohamad Khair was a Manager with a reputable corporate advisory firm from year 2016 to 2021. He implemented multiple sales and marketing initiatives which focused on expanding the marketing reach by positioning consumer products on the digital and online platform. His dynamic young leadership style with a strong drive to succeed infused creativity in the team which led him being awarded and recognised as the Employee of the Month two times.
His experience includes developing and monitoring multiple product campaigns that resulted in new revenue streams aligned to business objectives. He has developed new products from concept to completion. With his financial management experience, he has led management and cost reporting and managed allocation of resources against projects. Khair has led the company liaison role with external parties including media, stakeholders and clients.
With his vast sales lead generation and conversion with financial reporting, company liaison and people care experience, Khair joined Angkatan Jati Diri Sdn Bhd in 2022 as Executive Director and Shareholder.
